Network/System Administrator

Location: Remote


Our client is looking for an experienced Network/System Administrator to oversee and manage the company’s complete network infrastructure.



    • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure.
    • Administer and support core Microsoft/Office 365 applications.
    • Manage and configure call center systems.
    • Provide high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls.
    • Respond to and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
    • Utilize basic scripting and programming skills for network automation and to streamline operations.
    • Provide support and guidance to users, addressing and resolving any network-related issues they face.
    • Lead and participate in projects for network improvement and expansion.
    • Work closely with other departments to understand their networking needs and implement effective solutions.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a network administrator role or similar.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft/Office 365, call center systems, and PBX systems.
  • Good knowledge of networking, routers, and firewalls.
